Caracas, May 18th, 2011.- In the decree Decree N° 8,217, published in the Official Newspaper of this Wednesday 18 of May, " the use of the Decree N° 8,073 is prorogued by a term of (90) ninety days, of date 25 of February of 2011, published in the Official Newspaper of the Bolivariana Republic of Venezuela number 39,624 of the same date, by means of which the emergency situation was prorogued declared in the states Falcon, Miranda and Vargas; as well as in the Capital District, as a result of the forts and appellants rains happened in the country during the last trimester of the year 2010".
